This is a very well prepared presentation by Dr. Norm Miller – Hahn Chair of Real Estate Finance – University of San Diego. He has provided statistical evidence of the Covid-19 impact in various areas of the real estate marketplace. In addition, he has provided insightful comments on how the social changes and business changes that will need to be incorporated in the future. There is also a “winners” and “losers” list of property types. Well done Norm.
